I am a disabled Army vet who has overcome obstacles as PTSD, depression and childhood sexual abuse to become the person I am today. Special Jeana Mitchell Extreme Huntress VOTE! Being outdoors helps me feel alive and like i have a purpose. my husband and I began an outdoors team to get more veterans women and children involved in the outdoors. I have recently been chosen as a semi finalist on the show Extreme Huntress which showcases women in the outdoors industry.

It is a hunting and skills competition. Smi finalist from all over the world were chosen and I was lucky enough to be one and also the one one from my state of Ohio. In order to make finals there is an online voting section which counts for 30% of the total and judges who account for 70%. They stress that this is not and should not be a popularity contest but rather a contest of who can represent women the best. Special Jeana Mitchell Extreme Huntress VOTE!

i feel by using my voice I can encourage other disabled veteran and women to find their place. With God and my family behind me there is nothing I cannot do. Special Jeana Mitchell Extreme Huntress VOTE!

Jeana Mitchell – Country Camo LLC and Country Camo Outdoors, Born and raised in Ohio.  I never hunted as a child, because my family believed that the woods were no place for a girl. We co-founded Country Camo LLC and Country Camo Outdoors, and are excited to see where they will take us. To me hunting is not just about the kill, it is a way of life for me and my family. We eat what we kill and if we do not plan on eating it, we do not shoot, plain and simple. I am also not a rack hunter, as I believe that God will provide  what me and my family needs, if it happens to come in the form of a big racked buck, I will be more than happy to take that shot as well. My favorite color is pink camo and my dream hunts would be wild boar and bear. Special Jeana Mitchell Extreme Huntress VOTE!
