Each year I compete in 8-10 archery tournaments locally, but my passion is hunting mule deer with my bow.

To me it represents the ultimate challenge, no calling, just matching wits with the smartest animal on the mountain.

I spend a great deal of time each year in the field, rather scouting or looking for sheds, any time spent in the mountains is a down payment toward success.

I have been married to my wife Staci for 18 years and we have a ten year old son, Kyle. This year Kyle was finally rewarded with being on a successful hunt. He has hiked more miles than most grown men the past few years during archery season before we finally found success on Staci’s rifle hunt this year.
