Rattling BigWoods Bucks Mitchell Ray

A 50 year old avid outdoorsman who loves hunting the river bottoms of East Texas for whitetails, hogs, squirrels, ducks and anything else that is in season.
With all the walking involved the slinged weight of my weapon began to create a great deal of fatigue & the weapon was hard to keep from slipping off.
One weekend I attended a Warrior sheet shoot & noticed several warriors having issues with the sling sliding off the should & the weapon not staying secure.
After the event I began work in my garage & developed several proto types & have finally developed a lightweight system that keeps the weapon anchored on the hip & shoulders while supporting an adjustable amount of that slinged weight to the hips. http://www.stratussupportsystems.com/

After trying several proto types & models, I found a design that did everything I wanted it to do and I contacted a talented, award winning graphics engineer & perfected the design.
The belt unit is designed to be comfortably worn on a hunting belt . From the natural curvature of the belt unit to fit the hips to the flexible belt loop ends that adjust to different waist sizes , this product is comfortable and weights less than a cell phone. The neoprene wrap grips around the stock of the gun, just above the comb and has industrial grade Velcro that allows the wrap to be tightly fitted into place on the stock for a custom grip.
The inner liner is made of a nonslip, non-marring material that will not damage the finish to your gun. A low profile knuckle place is double hand sewn onto the outside of the wrap & when the user has both the belt unit & wrap in place, he simply slings the weapon normally & guides the knuckle plate into the belt unit.
Once the knuckle glides to the bottom of the channel on the belt unit, the weight transfers off the shoulders & back and is delivered to the hips via the belt unit. It’s that simple. This now forms a secondary anchor point make the weapon more stable.
It is an amazing product that makes your hunting more enjoyable & safer. I enjoy sharing the outdoors with all people including women & the future of hunting, our children.
