The Mix Robbie Knickman

Robbie Knickman is co-owner of Camo Thug Outdoors Deer Attractant called The Mix and the Mega Mix.

Hey, just for the history for the listeners, tell us a story about how the mix came to be because the boss lady figured it out. It’s a great story.

Robbie: Basically what it is, with her being my little sidekick, one day she came with a bunch of snacks that she didn’t wanna eat, and she was, “Well daddy I wanna take it down put it in your deer hunting spot.”

So we threw it down at my spot in Maryland. We put out I put a camera in front of it, and I was amazed on how the deer hit it.

So basically what I did there I contacted Doug Roberts from ConQuest farm[SP] I talked to him about it, because with him having a deer farm him knowing about deer, he gave me some pointers.

Then I contacted James Crow, which everybody knows as Dr. Deer. I talked to him. So what I did is I keep my ingredients on the deer and what they like to have and how they like it.

They’re like a big kid. They have a sweet tooth, and that’s what I keyed on. I thought it out with the mix, now I got the mega-mix because everybody is saying, “Robbie you need to get us something with a mineral on it.”
“Got a Mix report for week two of The Mix field test from central Arkansas. The deer numbers are increasing with time and The Mix keeps reeling them in.

After the last SD card change I switched the camera still image time from every minute to every five minutes. In the last five days I had 376 pictures all of at least one deer per picture through the day and night. This stuff is working great and I give it two thumbs up.

The only problem is keeping enough for the deer to eat so you better order plenty.

“The Mix will get you the pics. Use it as an inventory tool or use it as a weapon. What ever you use it for you will be in heaven.”
