About 5 ½ years ago, I began to work on a formulation for scent control.  My chemist and I developed each one of these products for myself.  Anyone knows if you are going to develop something for yourself you’re going to go all out, so that is what we did. We came up with a Neutra-Plex Enzyme System that absorbs odor and bacteria, then neutralizes it.  About 2 ½ years ago, my chemist mentioned to me that I should take these products to the masses.  I, of course, was never thinking of this at all.  My thought process was very pure and organic.  I was not trying to come up with some kind of gimmick.  We launched about 8 months ago and have had incredible reviews. One of our products, Glow Smoke Wind Checker, was chosen at the ATA Show for the top 10 most innovative products for 2016.  My favorite part of Carbon Skin Products is the wonderful people that I have meet.  The Hunting Industry is a small, knit family, which has given much support through this venture.

Carbon Skin Products has allowed me to connect with many hunters, especially the ones on our Pro Staff.  We are truly blessed to have such an incredible group of men and women on our Pro Staff.  You can’t get there alone; you need your Pro Staff.

When not working on Carbon Skin Products, I’m spending time with my family and boating as much as possible.  Fly fishing is truly my first love.  There is nothing like an early morning sunrise on the flats, a calm day and watching Permit tailing.  Fly fishing is just as challenging as bow hunting.  I love having to work for success on the water, in the woods and in business.
