Hunters Tool

Well we like to say HUNTERS TOOL is ultimate all in one hunting app.  James Borrero Hunting Spain with Hunters Tool. Basically at HT what we’ve tried to do is to merge into one app all the sources of info you would use to prepare a hunt or that you would use during the same in order to make life easier for everyone out there. This app is designed by hunters who basically took all their passion and knowledge and basically designed a tool that did all those things they needed in a simple and cheap way.

Totally, as we were saying earlier, HT has been conceived by hunters that wanted to simplify their lives, why buy and carry another device in this case a GPS when you can have an app in your phone that does the exact same thing, plus you save some money. James Borrero Hunting Spain with Hunters Tool

we’ve invested a lot of time in preparing a very simple app, that is very user friendly.

Actually,  However we understand that there might be a few things that are not that obvious. For this cases we’ve prepared a set of tutorial videos that you can find in our Facebook page and YouTube channel that explain everything from creating a hunting area, inviting friends, draw its boundaries etc.

we love people getting in touch with us

Plus if in doubt send us an email or a message through Facebook that we will promptly reply. Let just stress this again, we love people getting in touch with us and we are more than happy to help with any doubts or issues that you might have when using the app. James Borrero Hunting Spain with Hunters Tool

Well hunting in Europe, Bruce, it offers you the widest range of possible hunts ever. You have all kind of animals. You have goat, you have sheep, you have of course, a lot of deer, roe deer, red deer, game that is somewhat to what your listeners are used to hunting here in the U.S. but as I say the range goes on forever you have duck, you have all kinds of migrating birds, especially Spain is wonderful place to hunt bird. And the traditions there are also very wide. You have blind hunts, you have driven hunts, you can stalk also, high mountain, really low places, so Europe offers a lot of great hunting opportunities.

Well hunting in Europe

Regarding the thing you were saying about the money there, I think it’s the same thing. And of course, there’s a hunt for every pocket if you want to say that. You can, of course, there’s very exclusive stuff but right now you can hunt for example, the market I know more Spain, you can hunt roe deer for maybe $400. I don’t think it’s such a huge amount.

Oh yeah, sure. I have to say yeah, you’re right in saying there is, I would say the biggest difference probably is the size of the terrain of the hunting areas there. We have both privately held and publicly available for everyone but normally a huge hunting area. You can have, I don’t know, up to hundreds of thousands of kilometers square of hunting areas at a time. And this is just what gets you there is the possibility to either stalk for a long time or have driven hunts that bring to you game that initially quite apart, one from the other.

So you build up a bit of density at a certain moment in a certain point where you would be previously standing. But in the end, I think none of your listeners here are going to have huge difference if they ever go hunting Europe. In the end, the essence is all the same.

Within the European Union we have different hunting models

Within the European Union we have different hunting models. What I was talking there was mainly Spain, but I know for instance the north of Scotland which is a very different environment has a right to roam and everyone can well, practically everywhere so again, we are looking at huge hunting spaces. This is somewhat limited in other places. I’m thinking France is a bit more limited, but yeah, I would say that being Spanish as I am, Spain really offers, in my opinion, the best chances and in there you really have huge, huge hunting areas.

well that would have to be the roe deer. roe deers if you look into the DNA of the animal it’s basically, they have a common ancestor with whitetails here in the U.S. but they’ve evolved differently in Europe to how they have here in the U.S. But to honest, I’ve never hunted whitetail and that’s one of the things I am passionate about coming here to the U.S.

well that would have to be the roe deer

The roe deer there in Europe is a very clever animal they really push you to your limits and you have to be very in shape to chase it around and soon as you make the smallest mistake they’re going to see you, they’re going to hear you, they’re going to smell you from wherever you are and they are going to leave. So in that sense, it’s also what roe deer comes to be it’s also around 100 pounds or a bit more so quite a similar animal and I truly understand the passion that your listeners may have towards the whitetail because I have a very similar one to an animal that is, in essence, the same.
